This Privacy Policy explains what personal data TL Group collects when you use tlgroup.ge and how we use and protect it.

1. Who we are

TL Group operates the website tlgroup.ge and is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at the email address below.

2. Data we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you submit a request we collect your name, phone number and what you are looking for. We also collect basic technical data (such as IP address and browser) and the messages you send to the AI assistant.

3. Google sign-in

We use Google OAuth to register and authenticate you. We only receive the basic profile information you approve (name, email, profile picture). We never receive your Google password.

4. AI assistant

Messages you send to the chat assistant are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat. Conversations may be used to operate and improve the service.

5. How we use your data

To provide our services, respond to your requests, recommend vehicles, estimate costs, contact you about your enquiry, and keep the site secure.

6. Sharing and third parties

We share data only as needed with providers that help us run the service: Google (sign-in), Anthropic (AI assistant), the Georgian Revenue Service (customs estimates), the National Bank of Georgia (exchange rates), and our hosting and communication providers. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage for features such as favorites, comparison and recently-viewed cars. We do not use advertising trackers.

8. Data retention

We keep account and request data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
