These Terms of Service govern your use of the TL Group website (tlgroup.ge) and our car-import services. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. About TL Group

TL Group imports used vehicles from Korea (Encar) and the USA (Copart, IAAI) auctions to Georgia, handling selection, purchase, shipping and customs clearance.

2. Our services

We help you find a vehicle, win it at auction, ship it to a Georgian port (Poti / Batumi) and clear customs. The specific terms, prices and timeline of each order are agreed with you separately before work begins.

3. Price, customs and shipping estimates

Prices, customs ("განბაჟება") and shipping figures shown on the site, in the calculators, or by the AI assistant are estimates for guidance only and are not a binding offer. Final amounts depend on the auction result, the specific vehicle, the exchange rate and the Georgian Revenue Service.

4. Accounts and registration

Registration and sign-in are provided through Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. AI assistant

Our chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to suggest cars and estimate costs. Its answers may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not constitute professional, legal or financial advice. Always confirm details with our team before making a decision.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping that harms the service, no attempts to break security, and no unlawful, misleading or abusive content in the chat or request forms.

7. Intellectual property and third-party data

The site design, logos and original content belong to TL Group. Vehicle listings, photos and price data originate from third-party sources (Encar, Copart, IAAI, the Georgian Revenue Service, the National Bank of Georgia); we are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TL Group is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or reliance on estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Georgia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
